This style of workout is fantastic for burning body fat because it is fast paced so it keeps our heart rates elevated, which means we are using MORE energy (burning more fat) to complete the action. PLUS, we are doing resistance training, which means we will build muscle. The more muscle we have, the more fat we burn!
