Before singing this song Austin shared the touching story behind it (here's a quick summary of that : Just when he and his dad had restored their relationship, his dad got into a major car crash and was in a coma for SIX MONTHS. As Austin was with him in the hospital he noticed tons of other families there visiting their loved ones, he could relate so much to how they were feeling ; that it might just be the last time... that inspired this amazing song "Why God".
