ColorCraze actually made this Lethe day one of the Out of Gallia Banner's release lol.
So this Lethe is not only a goddess but she's possibly the best Lethe you can make. I personally always envisioned her as a Galeforce Hero and when you give her such a premium build she cannot function any better.
This might actually be the best Galeforce Hero since she has the Attack and Speed along with the movement to fully utilize the extra turn!
Is this the best Lethe build of all time though? Maybe not since there's a few variations possible... but for me I think this is well worth be called "the Greatest"!
