Buff Stacking in Fire Emblem Heroes is straight up broken. You can make any Hero into a practical god if you got enough Buffs and Combat Buffs!
The absolute Queen of Refreshers is Legendary Azura while the absolute King of Combat Buffs is Kaden. Put L! Azura together with TWO Kadens and you can supercharge any hero.
In this case Buff Stacking patched up Fjorm and she makes quick work of my Aether Raids Defense team lol.
